She was predeceased by: her husband Bryan Lee Searles, Sr.; her son Bryan Lee Searles, Jr.; her parents, Santos Cantu and Maria Cauldron Cantu; and her sister Carolina Cantu Trevino.
She is survived by: her sister Christina Cantu Gonzalez of Arlington, TX; her daughters, Carolyn Sue Searles Leonpacher (Norman K. Leonpacher) of Niceville, FL and Mary Louise Searles Richard of Lafayette, LA; and her grandson Bryan Lee Searles, III. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
