He was predeceased by: his parents, Wyatt Daniel, Sr. and Mildred Elease Garrett Daniel; and his brother Wyatt Daniel, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marie Roberts Daniel of LaFayette; his sons, Lee Daniel (Sandy) of Roanoke, Wayne Daniel of LaFayette and Joseph Daniel (Bernadette) of LaFayette; and his sister Janice Wade (Johnny) of Walnut Hill. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.
