He was predeceased by: his parents, Voncile Patterson and Helen Patterson. He is survived by: his children, Rachel Harris (Alvin) of Five Points and Wayne Patterson (Tracy) of Roanoke; and his siblings, Annie Sue Baker of Dadeville, Jessie Mae Smith of Opelika, Betty J. Benton of Opelika and Mickey V. Patterson of Dadeville. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren 37 Great Grandchildren 37 Great Great Grandchildren.
