We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2018, at the age of 79, Betty Hendrix (Lafayette, Alabama), born in Geneva, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Hendrix; and her sisters, Flora Hammock, Nancy Humes, Patsy Wells and Joann Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Parrott (Alan) and Greg Hendrix (Claudette); her grandchildren, Shannon Messer, Michael Hendrix (Bobbi), Brittany Romero (Chris), Brandi Hendrix, Joshua Hendrix, Brandon Parrott, Daniel Parrott, Meshach Gumbs and David Gumbs; her great grandchildren, MaKayla, Bailey, Dawson, Farrah, Cayla, Beckett, Bella, Miles, Isabella and Mason; her sisters, Linda Bingham and Myra Singletary; and her brother-in-law R. J. Hendrix. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Hospice of Roanoke.
