He is survived by: his wife Ann Simpson Walton; his children, Alexander Gunn Walton, Jr. (Terrie), Clay Simpson Walton (Lisa), Rebecca Walton McPherson (Chuck) and Debbie Howdyshell Moore (Jon); his niece Susan Walton Wilson (Clay); and his nephew Peter Frank Walton (Cherry). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
