He is survived by: his wife Kay Maples; his children, Danae Ikard, Donna Ikard (Michael), Dwight Ikard, Dennis Ikard (Carla) and Susan Baker (Brian); his stepchildren, Stephanie Hamley (Trey), Crystal Flippo (Richard) and David Bingham; his brothers, Grady Ikard (Janice) and Tim Ikard (Brenda); and his daughter-in-law Linda Ikard. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
