He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Bulman; and his son Shawn Michael Bulman. He is survived by: his children, Becky Bulman Lewis (Britt) and Jeremy Michael Bulman (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Jack Bulman, Sam Bulman, Trey Lewis, Chandler Lewis and Lacey Rose Bulman; and his siblings, David Larry Bulman and Sandra Bulman Ober (Wayne). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
