She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Harvey Light and Rosie Lee Briscoe Light; and her husband Dean Parker. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lindsey Phillips and John Rutherford; her brother John Douglas Light; and also, Sue, Becky Parker (Johnny Rutherford) and Debbie Long (Ken).
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to Shepherd's Cove hospice in Sue's memory.
