She is survived by: her children, Jeremy Hayes (Melissa) and Kristi Clemens (Ray); her grandchildren, Jackson Hayes, Lulu Clemens, Bryson Clemens, Tyanna Clemens, David Clemens and Aden Clemens; and her siblings, Bob Reed (Gladys), James Reed (Judy), Linda Sanders, Wanda Holt, Sue Tomlin (AL) and Dean Meeks (Larry).
