She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Sparks; her son Terry Sparks; her parents, Warnie Jackson and Susie Jackson; her siblings, Voyd Jackson, Mae Bohy, Jean Carlisle and Elizabeth Small; and her nephew William Small.
She is survived by: her daughter Cathye Hendrix (John); and her grandchildren, Michael Mitchell, David Mitchell (Tammy), Dale Mitchell (Teresa), Beth Grantham (Neal) and Matthew Hendrix (Cristen). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
