He is survived by: his children, Amber Kent and Donnie Lee Kent, Jr.; his grandson Carson Wayne Peoples; and his siblings, Mary Sue Hopkins, Pamela Hopkins, Evelyn Kent, Anita Abbett, Tammy Busby and Ronnie Kent.
