He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Yancey and Mary Bowling Yancey; his wife Carolyn G. Yancey; and his siblings, Gene Yancey, Toney Yancey, Bob Yancey, Nell Johnson and Joan Overstreet.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marsha Owen (Tim) and Wendy Carria (Mark Crawford); and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Yancey, Randy Yancey, Judy, Terry Yancey, Cheryl, Sue Pridmore, Marie Jean and Kay Burke. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
