With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter S. Kenney of Kinston, Alabama, who passed away on November 20, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Loneita Allen Kenney and William Melvin Kenney; his siblings, Myrna Kenney, Clarence Kenney and William M. Kenney, Jr.; his grandchildren, Josh Bowles and T. J. Goodwin; and his son-in-law Jim Boutwell.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma June Wheatly Kenney; his children, Loneita June Boutwell, Roseiline Kenney Mathews (Charles), Ruth Ann Kenney Carnley (Larry), Wanda Sue Kenney Bowles (Steve) and Walter Sheridan Kenney II (Roberta); and his brother Eugene Kenney (Barbara). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great grandchild.
