He is survived by: his wife Ann Rainey Weeks; his daughter Cindy Weeks Smith (Terry); his siblings, Orell Weeks (Joan) and Diane Boothe (Kenneth); and his grandchildren, Amber Renee Fulmer (Adam), Zack Smith (Mareena) and Macie Smith.
