In the vast expanse of eternity, Janatious shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Janatious farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Adolphus and Mollie Ann Burkett Paul; his son Lamar Paul; and his siblings, Ondruss Paul, Walter D. Paul, O. P. Paul, Robert Paul and Jessie Merleane "Coonie" Newsome.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Paul of Kinston. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Freewill Baptist Church (100 W Main St, Samson, AL 36477). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
