She was predeceased by: her husband John Hershell Caldwell; her grandson Steven Caldwell; her brother Jimmy Fleming; and her parents, Nell White Fleming and Louie Fleming.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Caldwell (Cindy) and Chris Caldwell (Lori); her sister Jeanette Ezell; and her grandchildren, Callie Caldwell and Clay Caldwell.
