She was predeceased by: her husband John Rawls; and her parents, Jessie Alma Strickland Richardson and James Monroe "Skinny" Richardson. She is survived by: her children, Leisa McGill, Rita Stanley, Benny Nelson (Bonnie), Mickey Nelson (Brenda) and James Nelson (Vanetta). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren & 12 great-great grandchildren.
