He was predeceased by: his father Hilburn Hopper; his grandparents, Linda, Curtis Rickels, W. Herman and Magdalene Hopper; and his brother Steven Hopper.
He is survived by: his mother Gail Hopper; his wife Deborah Young Hopper; his daughter Brandy Hopper; his stepchildren, Tiffanie Easter (Jason) and Mikell Mann (Kasi); his brothers, Micah Hopper (Rhonda) and Delone Hopper; his stepgrandchildren, Julia, Jonah and Miles; his aunt Rita Slane (Jim); his nieces and nephews, David, Ryne, Noah Hopper and Cara Dickerson; his parents-in-law, Edward and Martha McCurry; his siblings-in-law, Mark and April McCurry; and his close friend Joe Chandler (Michele).
