He is survived by: his daughters, Sara Beth Kastberg and Jenni Nichols (Michael); his grandchildren, Madalyn Kastberg, Maddox Kastberg, Aubree Nichols, Cooper Nichols and Riley Nichols; his girlfriend Jana Wallace; his cousin Sherry Kirk; and his close friends, Barry Perry, Mike McDaniel and Dylan Kastberg.
