She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Nelson and Lessie Nelson (Miller); her brother Jay; and her granddaughter Rosemarie Parrish. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her sister Mary Jane Breuhan; her children, Jason Kopacko and Amanda Parrish; her stepchildren, Pamela, Allison and Jessica Hires; and her grandchildren, Lily McKinley, Nehemiah, Isaac, Titus, Micah Parrish, Colin, Jesse and Piper Kopacko. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Association.
