She is survived by: her husband Johnny Urban; her son Jeff Urban; her grandson Cody O'Bryant; her daughter Silena Luther; and her brothers, Grady Benton Guyton (Land), Roger Dale Guyton (Morie) and Raymond Paul Guyton (Debbie). She is also survived by Grandchildren; (2) great grandchildren.
