She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, Bradley Hamner of Huntsville, AL and Jordan Hamner (Kayla) of Killen, AL; her siblings, Greg Vermeire (Suzanne) of Decatur, AL and Cindi Meachum (Mike) of Michigan; her grandchildren, Cooper, Victoria, Tyler, Zayden and Wiley; her close friends, Sandra Wright and Connie Richardson; her parents, George Vermeire and Janet Becker Vermeire; her close friend Jeff McGuire; and her caregivers, Patsy, Tasha, Tonya, Amy, Monica, Kaitlyn, Brenda, Marie, Janet, Martha, Kaye, Anna and Sandra.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Russell Hill Cancer Foundation.
