She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKinley Campbell and Carrie Pennington Campbell; her son Jimmy Dale Howard, Jr.; her siblings, William Penn Campbell, Marie McGregor and Theda England; and her grandsons, Joseph Canerday and Jason Canerday.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Olive (Doug) and Teresa Canerday; and her grandchildren, Jimmy Dale Howard III, Bonnie Black (Kevin) and Brett Olive (Jenna). She is also survived by Great grandchildren; (10) great-great grandchildren.
