He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Herman. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Ruple Keeton; his children, James Lee Keeton (Sarah), Bradley Joe Keeton (Samantha) and Amy Keeton (John); and his siblings, Virgil Turtle Keeton, Vella Stutts, Libby Twitty and Barbara Griffin.
