He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Sue Kelly Parker; his daughter Susan Parker Reed; his parents, Collins Parker and Pearl Parker; and his siblings, Mary Nell Cantrell, Kathrine Peden, Idell Walker, Betty Richardson, Jessie Parker (Flora), Jack Parker (Kathleen) and Hoyt Parker (Pearlene).
He is survived by: his wife Martha Williamson Parker; his son Phillip Ray Parker (Tricia); his grandchildren, Peyton Grissom (Stephanie), Parker Grissom (Katie) and Lindsay Parker Ware (Charlton); his great grandchild Lincoln Grissom; and his siblings, Jimmy Parker (Gennie) and Dianne Rich (Harold). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
