He was predeceased by: his brothers, Willie and Peter. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Cooper; his children, Perry of Birmingham, AL, Larry of Birmingham, AL, Maxine of Warner Robins, GA, Judia Wilson (Reginal Pegues) of Atlanta, GA, Jean Wilson-Sykes of Tuscaloosa, AL, Brenda Wilson of Charlotte, NC and Douglas (Tonya) of Northport, AL; and his aunt Ernestine Wilson of Kennedy. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grand-children.
The family asks that masks are worn and social distancing observed at both services.
