Though Larry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Larry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Savage and Yvlette Davis Savage; his daughter Kim Boyett (William); his grandchildren, Samantha Cantrell and Zachary Cantrell; his great grandchildren, Sheri Cantrell, Addison Gwin, Luna McCullough and Lukas McCullough; and his brothers, Donald Savage (Judy) and Fred Ray Savage (Brenda). He was also cherished by nieces and nephew.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dowdle Funeral Home (270 McAdams St, Millport, AL 35576). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
