He is survived by: his wife Pat Shelton; his children, Bill Shelton (Tina), Paul Shelton (Brenda) and Patsy Markham (Mark); his sister Sara Bumpus (Raymond); his grandchildren, Lana, Amy, Justin and Trey; and his great grandchildren, Anna, Brice and Huxley.
