He is survived by: his wife Inez Mason Harcrow; his sons, Freeman Douglas Harcrow (Beverly Ann), Heath L. Harcrow and Harold Morris Harcrow; his siblings, Aaron, Mary, Pearl and Barbara; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Tyler and Courtney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
