He was predeceased by: his children, Richard Lee Haley and Victoria Lynn Haley; his parents, Callie Smith Haley and Vester Haley; and his siblings, Ellis Haley, Odis Haley, Earl Haley, Bob Haley, R. L. Haley, Grace Buzbee, Mildred Davis and Faye Nell Barnes.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne (Joni); his daughters, Cindy Sims (Andy) and Kelly Mitchell (Keith); his daughter-in-law Gilda Haley; his sisters, Jimmie Sue Norris and Betty Alexander; his sister-in-law Sally Haley; his grandchildren, Candice Matthews (Todd), Emily Hallman (Chase), Forest Haley, Clay Haley (Jamie), Sarah Benton (Skyler), Brooks Haley and Will Haley (Makaela); his stepgrandchildren, Sarina Mitchell, Branda Siderius (Chris), Nicole Jones and Mark Miller (Katie); and his great grandchildren, Drew, Gus Matthews, Grayson, Isla Hallman, Ricky, Kathleen Haley, Sophia Benton, Ellie Haley and Harper Siderius.
