He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Harper and Annie Estelle Wood Harper; and his sisters, Melba Mason and Debra Nix. He is survived by: his wife Rosie F. Harper; his son Jimmy Dale Harper; his daughter-in-law Kim; his daughter Melanie Darlene Hostetler; his son-in-law Jake; and his brother Barney Harper.
