He is survived by: his wife Katrina Jordan Wharton; his siblings, Joyce Ann Tucker, Aubrey Wayne Wharton, Billy Eugene Wharton, Donald Carl Wharton and Matthew Jonathan Lawrence; and his friend Janine Hutton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
