He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Hawkins and Virginia Beasley Hawkins; and his brother Jerry Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hawkins; his daughters, Laura Hallmark (David) and Sandy Haase (Bruce); his brother George Hawkins; his grandchildren, Heidi of Bruce, Brian, Scott and Erin; and his great grandchildren, Guinness, Reily, Ruby Ann, River and Michael. He is also survived by his wife, adored his girls, and believed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
