He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Isbell and Louella Giles Isbell; and his brothers, Glenn Isbell, Wayne Isbell and Cecil Isbell.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Martin Isbell; his daughter Tina; his son-in-law Ray Hallmark; his granddaughters, Courtney Smith (Chase) and Hannah Lemons (Clay); his great grandchildren, Truitt Lemons, Lyla Rae Smith and Caroline Smith; and his sister Dorothy Reid.
