It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Byrdell Harris of Jones, Alabama, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 29, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma L. Harris and Herman German; her husband Charlie Harris; and her brother Carl Curry. She is survived by: her children, Pierre Harris, Dominique Harris, George Moore III and Aaliyah Boone; her siblings, John Curry (June) of Detroit, Lucille Wideman, Iranell Spann (Phil) and Ruby Harris; her grandchildren, Paris Harris, Porsche Harris, Jasmine Boone, Brandon Kidd and Shawn Jones; and her close friends, Ollie, Maxine and Barbara. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
