He was predeceased by: his parents, David J. Williams and Patricia "Patsy" Ann Ross Williams; and his brother-in-law Gary Howell. He is survived by: his children, Hayley Williams (Marshall Wheeler) and Cole Williams; his grandchildren, Hannah Wheeler and Maddie Wheeler; his siblings, Tim Williams (Debbie) and Tenesa Howell; his aunt Susie Massey; and his uncle Eddie Pharr. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
