He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Newcomb and Evelyn Newcomb; and his wife Annie Higgins Newcomb. He is survived by: his children, Robert "Robbie" Newcomb, Carie Newcomb, Paul Newcomb and Shawn Newcomb; his brothers, David Newcomb and Zahn Newcomb; and his pet Susie.
