He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Brewer Gibson. He is survived by: his children, Latisha Swinea (Josh) and Chris Ray; and his grandchildren, Erica Swinea, Ivy Swinea, C. J. Ray, Abel Ray and Melody Bennett.
