She was predeceased by: her former husband James Rudolph Sapp Sr.; her parents, Mary Sorrow and Guy Sorrow; and her siblings, Guy, Glenn Sorrow and Ouida Lackey.

She is survived by: her husband Rudy; and her sons, James R., Jr. (Jan), Michael A. (Brenda), Donald P. (Debbie), Stephen P. (Becky) and Murray K. (Pam). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 6 great, great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews.
