He was predeceased by: his parents, Askew Davis and Merle Rutherford Ingle; and his wife Vera Davis. He is survived by: his daughter Christy Davis of Jemison; his grandchildren, Stephen Melton (Rebecca) of Clanton, AL, Skyler Davis of Jemison and Bailey Knox of Jemison; and his sister Joann Avery (Bobby) of Jemison. He is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren.
