He was predeceased by: his parents, James Headley and Mary Flanagan Headley. He is survived by: his wife Charsie Headley; his children, Mark Gassaway (Lisa) of Columbiana, Wayne Headley of Columbiana and Charlotte Kinsey (Dwayne) of Montevallo; his grandchildren, Haven Gassaway of Alabaster, Hunter Gassaway of Alabaster, Dillon Gassaway of Arkansas, Chad Glasscock of Jemison, Chandler Glasscock of Jemison, Cally Williams of Jemison, Lita Chatham of Clanton and Hallie Johnson of Jemison; and his siblings, James Headley, Mike Headley, Sherry Fox, Tami Headley, Michelle Headley and Andrea Newton. He is also survived by 11 Great-Grandchildren.
