He is survived by: his children, Victoria Witcher (Larry), Cammila Lockhart (Shane), Del Franks (Shonda) and Waylon Franks (Lindsey); and his siblings, Teresa Giddens (Jackie Rigsby), Tammy Payne (Dana) and William Franks. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren; 1 Great Grandchild.
