She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervie Mims and Mary Mims (Larry J. Anthony); her siblings, Clara Headley, Mary Frances Caton, Ross Mims, Ralph Mims and Homer Mims; and her pet Patches.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Taschler (Pete) and Chris Anthony; and her grandson Joshua Taschler. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home (1300 4th Ave N, Clanton, AL 35045). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home Chapel (1300 4th Ave N, Clanton, AL 35045).
