He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David Phillips, Sr. and Frances Edwina Rowe Phillips. He is survived by: his son Charles David Phillips, III (Ally) of Jemison; his grandsons, Grayson Phillips and Brantley Phillips of Jemison; and his sister Theresa Phillips (Ron Williams) of Pell City. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
