She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson Clements and Alma Askew Clements; her brothers, Bobby Clements and Wayne Clements; and her sister-in-law Patsy Clements.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Owens; her son Brandon Owens (Marie); her grandchildren, Archer Owens, Emerald Owens, Ruby Owens, Jade Owens and Amethyst Owens; her sister-in-law Jane Clements; her nieces, Judy Robinson and Kim Smitherman; and her nephew Russell Clements.
