It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bevie Ashmore of Jemison, Alabama, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Allen Posey and Ollie S. Warren Posey; and her husband Walter F. "Bill" Ashmore. She is survived by: her son John Ashmore (Oleta) of Zephyrhills, FL; her grandchildren, Walter F. Ashmore of Jemison and Leslie Nowicki (Dennis) of Zephyrhills, FL; her great grandchildren, Grace and Lucas Nowicki of Zephyrhills, FL; and her siblings, Carolyn Smitherman (Jimmy) of Jemison and Bob Posey (Judy) of Jemison. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family strongly encourages attendees to wear face masks and practice social distancing guidelines.
