He is survived by: his wife Lula Belle; his children, Lula Mae Griffin, Willie Raymond Lockhart, Jr., Larry Wayne Lockhart (Phyllis) and Rhonda Rhudy (Billy); his siblings, Jemia Jolly, Kate Allander (Newton) and James Lockhart (Ruth); his grandchildren, Kirk Sisson (Christy), Tommy Sisson, II (Melinda), Shannon Dennis (Jared), Timothy Wayne Lockhart (Becky), Brittany Waldrop (David), Megan Kirkland and Rainy Nicole Rhudy; and his brother Kelley Dale Jolly. He is also survived by great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and five step-grandchildren.
