She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Talmadge Fowler and Millie Ann May Fowler. She is survived by: her husband Olson F Scroggins; and her children, Linda Vincent (Raymond), Michael Scroggins (Nancy), Donna Abrams, Cathy Gronquist (Mikel) and Brian Scroggins (Barbara). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and 49 great-grandchildren.
