It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myra Ragan (Jefferson, Alabama), who passed away on February 7, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Rupert Ragan; her children, Peggy Toxey, Robin L. Ragan and Charles Richie Ragan; her grandchildren, Barbara Jean Parker (Johnny) and Brian Neil Latham (Brandy); and her siblings, Betty Maxine Richardson, Gloria Miles, Barbara Pate and Charles Vance Duncan. She was also cherished by four great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
