He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Donnell Shephard; his wife Linda Q. Shephard; his son Michael Jr.; his siblings, Linda D. Shephard and Willie Shephard; his uncle George Brown Jr.; his stepsons, Devon (Deidra) and Jonathan (Lacoria); his nieces, Lexie and Sydnee Shephard; and his nephew Corey Shephard.
